"We continually remember your faithful work, your loving labor." (1 Thessalonians 1:3)
Many brothers and sisters have made sacrifices to serve Jehovah full time. Some of our hosts show their appreciation by offering them a special discount.
Who can receive it
The discount is for:
- Full-time Bethelites
- Missionaries
- Circuit overseers
- Special pioneers
- Full-time LDC and RDC members
- Full-time international construction servants
It does not apply to regular pioneers or to any part-time service. The full-time servant must be one of the guests staying at the accommodation.
How to find it
Not every host offers this discount. If a host does, it is shown in the Prices section of the listing page. The discount applies to the nightly rate and to any additional-guest fees: the cleaning fee, the Service Fee and any other fees of the listing are not discounted. Taxes calculated as a percentage are calculated on the discounted amount.
How to ask for it: when you send your booking request, click Apply for a full-time servant discount (SFTS), choose Your full-time service, add a few words in Tell your host more and tick I confirm that I serve full-time. The discounted price is shown before you send the request, and the host sees your declaration with it.
For hosts
Offer the discount: in the Personal Area bar, click Listings, then Manage Listing and Pricing. Further down the page, enter a percentage in Special Full-time Servants (SFTS) Discount (4). See Update your prices.

When a guest asks for it: you don't need to do anything to grant it. The guest claims the discount with their request; you see it on the request, with what they declared about their service, and the discount in your payout breakdown.
Removing it: on a request to book you can't remove the discount, because the guest sent the request with the discounted price: if you have doubts, ask the guest in the chat or decline the request. On an inquiry that has not become a request to book yet, Remove Discount on the request card takes it off.
