Before you start
Who can host on JWguest?
Baptized, active Jehovah's Witnesses. You can offer an entire home, a private room or a shared room.
How much does it cost to list my place?
Nothing. There's no subscription and no listing fee. The guest pays a Service fee on top of your price.
How do I choose my price?
It's up to you. You set the price per night and can add a cleaning fee and discounts for long stays. You can also offer a discount to those in the full-time service.
Looking at similar places in your area can help you find the right level.
What is required of guests?
Before they can send a request, guests confirm their email address and complete their profile: name, congregation, baptism date and a phone number.
You read every request and can ask questions before you decide.
How and when do I get paid?
Within 48 hours of the guest's check-in, by international bank transfer. Never take payments outside JWguest: if a guest asks you to, let us know.
How long until my listing is online?
Our team reviews each new listing before it goes live. If something is missing, we'll ask you for a few changes. The more complete your listing, the smoother it goes.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You have 48 hours to accept, decline or send a special offer. If you decline because the dates aren't available, they are blocked in your calendar.
