About this accommodation

Our little barn style home brings you in the middle of yadkin county wine country. Wineries, Mayberry (Mt Airy NC), Appalachian Mountains, Boone,and Charlotte are all with an hour or less.

We have a small ground floor bedroom with a full size bed. The sofa opens to a full or queen and the stairs lead to a large loft with queen bed and TV room.

Come for the Apple festival, pumpkin festival, skiing ⛷️ in Boone and surrounding resorts or Andy Griffith mayberry (Mt Airy, NC).

The Space

The little green guest house is on the side driveway. It is viewable from the street behind the brick house. Drive into the main driveway and pull around the left side. You can park by the bike rack.

Guest Access

Front yard with goldfish pond. Please, feed the fish. They are greedy. Side fenced in patio. The yard beyond is not part of the rental.

Interaction with Guests

I am available when needed. Emergencies please knock on the brick house on same property.

This is a very safe and beautiful location. Enjoy!

Neighborhood Must-Sees

We are located central to many attractions and cities.

Many come to Mt Airy for Mayberry days and tours of Andy Griffith's home town. The beautiful blue ridge parkway is about 1/2 away. Ski resorts, stone mountain, and many other beautiful attractions abound.

Getting Around

Parking is, as mentioned on the property on the left side driveway in front of the bicycle rack. Then walk 30 feet back to the green guest house. There is no public transportation to speak of.
