Voici un magnifique appartement meublé de 2 chambres et une salle de bain (3-4 couchages). Il est situé dans le très prisé village de Cotacachi, à proximité de plusieurs résidences sécurisées nord-américaines. Quartier très sûr, à quelques pas du centre-ville. Profitez de la nature dans ce havre de paix ! Réveillez-vous au chant des coqs et des oiseaux.

Our place is unique by its electric water heating system, which makes the water hot and consistent in the temperature. The tank preserves the temperature of the water for a few hours.
Hot water is fantastic, compared to most places where water is heated inconsistently by gas or electric showers—fiber optic internet.
According to the CDC, cleanings are professionally done; all is thoroughly disinfected during Covid19 times. Client safety is our goal!

The entire apartment is yours during your stay. You can use the laundry facility (washer-dryer) next door, hang your clothes on the lines out the yard, take your coffee on the deck or yard, and pick your lemons and tangerines when available!

Hello! My name is Rut Tellechea. I was born in Spain and first came to Ecuador in 2001 to visit a friend who was pioneering here. I fell in love with the country, and in 2002 I decided to come and move to Ecuador permanently. I have made Cotacachi my home since 2007. I have managed my family home/rental for several years.

My husband and I are now serving in a very small congregation one and a half hours away from Cotacachi.
You will fall in love with Cotacachi, most known as the city of the Eternal Spring.

You will be greeted and shown the way to the center of town. We are available for questions and can provide help if needed via email, WhatsApp, or the Jwbnb Chat.
