Minutes to several SANDY BEACHES all along the coast. Perfect location for all the FUN. 20 min to Watchtower Educational Center, 30 min to St. Augustine Anastasia Island, 25 min to Daytona Beach, 1 hr to Disney World and many parks and trails. Our place is laid-back and relaxed, with no rush traffic, and it is 5 o’clock somewhere. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to disconnect from the noisy and busy City Life but with the feel of Home, then Book today and be here tomorrow.

The Space

NEW BUILD. Enhanced Cleaning and contactless check-in. Guest Suite attached to main house with independent private entrance. Is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with livingroom, and a detached kitchenette. Private yard with BBQ. Comfortable, private with one parking space, and amenities in a super quiet neighborhood. Relaxing and peaceful. Smart locks for keyless entry. The kitchenette is equipped with basic kitchen items and your own washer and dryer. We want our guests to treat the property like their own home and experience the best vacation.

Guest Access

There are many trails and Parks all around Palm Coast, and bike paths are all nearby. There is a relaxing backyard with a gas grill—private washer and dryer.
Personal parking space in front of the entrance for one vehicle only.

Interaction with Guests

We give our guests their privacy but are available with just a call or text for anything you need.

Other Things to Note

It is a quiet, serene, safe street, mostly adults, surrounded by trees and lots of birds that you can listen to close since I have bird feeders on the property.

Getting Around

We have 2 bicycles available for guests, and there are bike paths along the main highway. However, we recommend renting a car.

We lived in Key Largo Florida for 30+ years and in November 2023 we moved to Palm Coast Florida where we bought our new home and are supper happy with the area so close to so many miles of sandy Beach ⛱️
