Volpi’s bnb went above & beyond our expectations! Cozy & practical decor, all you need to feel comfy & well cared for on your trip! Karen & Brian each checked on us, even bringing warm blueberry muffins! Yet the majority of time we didn’t see them & enjoyed our privacy. Home is true to the pictures but I feel the bedroom was larger than it looked in the photos. Everything very clean & sanitary. Kitchen ready for cooking with all essentials! Coffee tea and hot chocolate and kettle too! Loved it!

The small home is exactly as shown it the pictures. My husband and I lived in the area for years and it is VERY convenient to everything. Our former KH and all the society facilities are 30 minutes to an hour away. We woke up to the rooster crowing in the morning and listening to the fountain in the pond. It is country living sounds (or no sounds) at its best..

My husband,Brian and I served at Wallkill from 1995-2001. We left bethel, and moved to my home state of Kansas. But, we missed the area of upstate New York, and moved back in 2015.
We live on 2 acres and have dogs, and chickens. So fresh eggs are included in your stay
We also have a pond fully sticked with bass, blue gill and catfish.. so rods for fishing are available upon request. Our apartment is available June 1st.. we are 20 minutes from wallkill, 45 minutes from Patterson and one hour from Warwick. And we are near Poughkeepsie train station, so you can park and take the train for a day trip into NYC.
