Nestled in a traditional village just 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Chania, our villa offers stunning ocean views, the soothing sound of waves, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. From this central location, you can relax by your private pool or explore Crete’s many attractions. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, our villa combines the charm of village life in a modern house with the convenience of nearby city amenities.

The Space

Villa Orama is a brand new, modern 100-square-meter villa in the popular location of Kalyves, 19km from Chania and 40km from Rethymno.

The villa consists of a spacious living room with sliding doors opening up to a terrace with breathtaking ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private pool.

There is private parking with an electric gate at the front of the property.
