Nichée dans les collines verdoyantes de Macerata, notre ferme rustique en briques et en pierres a été fièrement restaurée. Située dans un cadre panoramique et paisible, elle est entourée d'oliviers centenaires. La terrasse (40 m²) offre une grande intimité et un accès direct à la piscine. On accède directement à la terrasse de la piscine depuis le porche. Du porche, de la terrasse ou de la piscine, on profite d'une vue imprenable sur les villages perchés dans les collines.

The farmhouse has been restored according to anti-seismic criteria and is spread over two floors. We ourselves live on the first floor and our guests stay on the ground floor. The entrances are made in such a way that our guests actually do not know that we still live there. They are completely separate entrances at the front and rear of the building. Privacy for everyone is one of our top priorities. The apartment has a Luxury living kitchen with seating and two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Structured in the style of the last century. The veranda of (40 m²), along the entire length of the building, has a lot of privacy and gives direct access to the swimming pool.

Accès clients

The parking lot is located in such a way that complete privacy is guaranteed. The cottage is easily accessible and you can park your car there for free, right next to it.

Autres choses à noter

Be able to make a campfire in your own private place and enjoy a nice regional wine (La Murola with us in Mogliano ) and a piece of tasty, Italian, salami under the immense starry sky that we still see bright here because there is almost no light pollution. Every time, breathtaking.

The pool was built in 2022 and is much appreciated. It is a saltwater swimming pool and is carefully maintained. It is shared only with, up to four tenants of the adjacent Apartment. Open 24 hours, from May to October. The view is breathtaking. See also the photos and details in the swimming pool item.

Take an invigorating massage bath in our SPA/Jacuzzi. Wonderful! Just don't have to do anything more.
The SPA/Jacuzzi, if needed, can be rented for 10 euros extra a day.

I have been coming to Italy for a long time and know every region. We have been living here since 2008 for the beautiful and friendly atmosphere. The moderate climate, and the proximity to the Sea and the mountains.

Various wineries, with traditional Italian-quality wines, can also be found in the immediate vicinity. Our goal is to really make your well-deserved vacation a time when you'll be able to recover from it for a while.

We send our guests an up-to-date and extensive document with links with lots of beautiful and handsome facts. To eat out, there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For example, where you can eat a real homemade pizza, in an Italian way. For example, you can visit a trattoria where delicious fresh meals are also prepared daily.

Within walking distance (2 km) lies the beautiful town of Mogliano (MC). The Monti Sibillini National Park with the ski slopes of Sarnano, Sassotetto, and Bolognola can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

We are a Dutch Couple living in Italy since 2008 and are serving in a very nice English group in Macerata which is a 20 minutes drive from our place. For several years now, we have been dedicated to providing hospitality and ensuring that our guests' experience aligns closely with their expectations. Our commitment is not only to meet but also to exceed your anticipations.
Originally hailing from Amsterdam, we have always cherished the opportunity to engage with diverse cultures. Respecting your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we have structured our arrangements to allow you to enjoy your solitude if you wish. Our primary aim is to fulfill your expectations.
If you have alternate plans during the time of our meetings, please feel entirely at liberty to pursue them. Given our extensive tenure here, we are well-equipped to offer guidance on various locales and activities that may interest you.

As part of our hospitality, we offer an extensive digital guide complete with hyperlinks to all points of interest, shops, and recommended activities that have been enjoyed by previous visitors. On numerous occasions, we personally describe and suggest places we believe you'd appreciate exploring. And rest assured, a single stay at our location won't suffice, as we continue to unearth new and exciting activities. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations.
Our perspective revolves around acknowledging the hard work and effort you've invested to earn this vacation. You deserve the best! In terms of privacy, we typically maintain a discreet presence, occasionally checking in to inquire if you require anything. Our living quarters are situated on the second floor, accessed through a separate entrance.
The pool is at your disposal exclusively; we refrain from using it. Occasionally, we might also rent out a chalet on the opposite side of the pool, potentially accommodating a maximum of two other guests who might share access to the pool.
