About this accommodation

We love the beachy and country feel of the house. It is in a family-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. Quiet and relaxing environment. It is 20-25 mins from the beaches and Amelia Island, 5 mins from Wildlight, 30-35 mins from Jacksonville. Cozy backyard downtown Amelia Island and Jacksonville.

The Space

2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 office room with a sofa bed. 10mins to Walmart or Target. Chick-fil-A and Starbucks are 15 minutes away from the house. Convenient access to I-95. Guests are welcome to have any food/drinks in the pantry or the refrigerator. No smoking, no large gatherings. Certain pets are allowed. Please reach out before booking the space with pets.

King bed in the master bedroom, twin bed in 1st guest room, futon bed in 2nd guest room/office, and an air mattress is available for guests in the living room. Guests have the place for themselves.

NOTE: Other bedroom, closet in the Master bedroom, and garage are not available to guests.

Guest Access

Guests have access to master bedroom and bathroom, 2 guests rooms and bathroom, living room, and kitchen. They will have the place to themselves. Guests will be provided access code to the house.
