Across from Silver Lake, on 7 acres, this retro studio apartment sits above our garage. Private entrance at the rear of the garage. Front windows give a partial view of the lake. Rear elevated private deck gives you a view of the large rear yard. Close to everything Traverse City has to offer.
The Space
One Queen size murphy bed, also one air mattress, (best for small children), full-size walk in shower. Very friendly australian shepherd on property that loves to play fetch. He lives below in the garage. Contact with him is easily avoided if desired. Washer available upon request in garge.
