Welcome to a lovely gated community with beautiful lakefront views and walking paths. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, and basketball courts. The location is ten minutes from two Kingdom Halls in North Lauderdale and one in Coconut Creek.

This cozy ground-floor unit offers lovely lakeside views from the patio, living room, and bedroom windows. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

Access is available to all areas, excluding the bedroom walk-in closet.

Interaction with Guests

I will not always be available. In that case, my family member, who lives nearby, will take care of the guests' needs.
