The Space

The one-bedroom suite has its own private entrance located at the front of the apartment. Upon entering, the bathroom is the first door on your right, followed by the bedroom, providing guests with a comfortable and private living space. This furnished one-bedroom includes a comfortable bed, couch, and dresser for clothing storage. Guests enjoy a private entrance and private bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy during their stay.

Guest Access

You'll also have full access to the shared common areas, including the shared kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a grilling area, a volleyball court, and a fitness center, providing plenty of opportunities to relax and stay active.

The accessibility to everything because you are 12 mins to one beach, Oceanfront Park Beach, 20 mins from another beach, which is one of the main tourist places in the area, Delray Beach, 15-20 mins, which has a gorgeous beach, and West Palm Beach, where the houses are breathtaking, and 45 mins to Fort Lauderdale and 1.20 hour/mins from Miami.

Getting Around

You can walk to the pharmacy CVS, clothing store Kohl's, and a restaurant from my house, and some other restaurants. However, at the beach, you need a car because the walk is 1.58 m, and in the heat, it's not recommended. To cycle it's about 38 mins, the bus can also take you.
