Your personal closet has hangers, an umbrella, and a hair dryer. Your private office space has an expandable desk with memo board, USB/power outlets, an optional extra monitor. Complimentary Keurig coffee available. Indulge in the cozy, relaxed atmosphere of this quaint master bedroom inside Benjamin's canalfront home.

The Space

Make yourself comfortable in the shared backyard lounge with direct access to the Clear Lake canal, where you may see all types of different cranes and lake birds throughout the day. The shower also has a sunny south-facing window in the shared bathroom, with frosted glass for privacy. A short walk away (across the canal), enjoy a serene park with open pastures, covered benches, a chess table, picnic areas, and a fishing dock.

You will have a private bedroom, with shared access to the entry room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and theater room.

Interaction with Guests

We want to respect your privacy, but we are also happy to associate. I work from home so we will likely run into each other. There is also 1 other brother who lives in the home, and 1 friendly bernedoodle. There is a dog gate if you prefer not to interact with pets.

If necessary, the bus stop (Lynx) is just outside the neighborhood — about 10 minutes walking distance. However Lynx buses are known to be quite slow and often delayed.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Benjamin‘s. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes away from the city. The space was functional with very thoughtful pieces in the bedroom and the bathroom. And the host was very welcoming! 10/10
