Our bnb contains a queen bed, private washroom with bathtub, shower unit, and all the personal shower amenities to make you feel at home. Equipped with heat pump (A/C), mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Pack n Play crib is available.

The owner lives on premises and is available for any questions or concerns via text message.

Other Things to Note

One block away to launch your canoe or kayak into the Nashwaak River or bring your bike to explore the well-maintained trail system.
Coffee, tea, water, cereal bar, and instant oatmeal are provided.

Our space does not have a full kitchen, has a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee pot. No pets. The room is meant for 2 people.

Nestled beside the mighty Nashwaak river, and only 10 minutes to... really anywhere. Downtown Fredericton is a 10-minute drive, and Tim Hortons is only 3 minutes down the road. Anything you need, Fredericton has it.

Getting Around

There are many options for public transportation in Fredericton. There is a bus stop conveniently located beside our bnb. There are also many cab companies, and a business downtown called Mint where you can rent e-bikes.

The adventures don't stop there! A nearby bike and walking trail wind beautifully along the Nashwaak River. Conveniently located 10 minutes to downtown Fredericton and 20 minutes to the airport.
