Napa Valley wineries are just over the hill, minutes from UC Davis. Winters is a small town with wine and beer tasting, weekend live entertainment, and excellent restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and downtown is a short walk by a creek-side paved trail or street. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve at the table for six. Private Entrance and parking, dedicated workspace, balcony view of Redwood trees.

The Space

Small Balcony accessed by patio door off Dining room with a view of four majestic Redwood trees and perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, and flatware, as well as a coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, and much more. The kitchen has a stacked full-size washer & dryers hidden in the closet. Full bathroom. 1 large Bedroom (large window with light blocking shade) with a super comfortable King bed. Ex long twin bed in the spacious living room with skylight and furnished with Leather Sofa and Love Seat, Cable TV, and desk with keyboard drawer. Dining room with table and six chairs
All linens and towels are provided, along with basic toiletries. High-speed WIFI.

Guest Access

Upstairs private apartment 950 sq ft. Hosts Carole and Don live in the downstairs part of the house. Separate stairs and Entrance to Apartment off quiet Alley as well as convenient parking for one car.
This is perfect for a travel nurse. Sutter Davis and North Bay Hospitals are each 11 miles away with little traffic.
