This recently updated family home boasts more than 1700 square feet and includes three bedrooms. two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a brand-new patio area. With so much space, it can easily accommodate six people. Indoor laundry facilities are also included. This home sits on one acre and is centrally located to both Keaau and Pahoa with easy access to Hilo.

Hilo Municipal Golf Course and Naniloa Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Hobby Garden Hawaii and Hiʻiaka's Healing Hawaiian Herb Garden. Hilo Coffee Mill and the University of Hawaii at Hilo Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting.

Our home is convenient for getting out and about to local sights. Less than 2 miles to find great food, farmer's markets, etc. We are central to East Hawaii attractions. Volcano Village & Kilauea Volcano are about 28 miles
