Cette charmante maison de style ranch, construite au milieu des années 70, possède une cour avant ornée de rochers, de cactus et de roses près de l'entrée.

À l'intérieur, l'atmosphère est simple et chaleureuse. La cuisine ouverte donne sur une table à manger pour six personnes, avec des ventilateurs et des luminaires au plafond pour un confort optimal. Le salon est équipé de deux ventilateurs de plafond télécommandés et de deux puits de lumière qui laissent entrer une belle lumière naturelle. Un téléviseur de 42 pouces est à votre disposition.

Au-delà du salon, vous trouverez une salle de billard avec une table de billard de 2,4 mètres, un vélo d'exercice et un bureau pour tout travail à effectuer.

Je suis à proximité si quelqu'un doit partir plus tôt pour la salle. De même, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, je suis dans les parages.

L'espace

The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, a TV, and a Sleep Comfort bed with adjustable settings for each side. Both the head and foot of the bed can be raised for added comfort. The bathroom features a deep tub for soaking or showering, providing a relaxing, comfortable experience.

The backyard features two patio tables, perfect for outdoor dining, along with a grill. Comfortable seating is available throughout the yard, which is beautifully landscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Enjoy the shade of a lemon, orange, and tangerine tree, among others. Soft patio lighting creates a warm atmosphere, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoors even in the evening.

Accès clients

Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, billiard room, and both the front and back yards. If you're not part of the same group, please coordinate with the others.

This bedroom can accommodate two guests. The home is also available as a snowbird rental from September to March for $1,600.00 per month, which includes utilities. Please note that a service charge (Booking Insurance) will apply through the JWguest platform we are using

Yes, there will always be someone nearby to help with things that come up. But you do have the place, for your enjoyment.

Please note, Arizona summers can get very hot. The house is equipped with two cooling systems for your comfort. It features four DC split air conditioners, which can be individually adjusted in the bedrooms to your preferred temperature. These units run on batteries at night. In case of a loss of sunlight, I also have a backup air conditioner that is vented throughout the house. The lights and fans run on AC power.

For your convenience, there is also a washer, dryer, and dishwasher available for use.

The home is perfect as a snowbird getaway from September to March.

There is no public transportation available, but you can call for a taxi if needed.

The driveway accommodates up to four cars.

There is a side street available for additional parking if needed.

If anyone needs to leave early for the assembly hall, feel free to do so. I can provide a ride, allowing the others to sleep longer. We're all here to help each other!

Hi, I have been in Jehovah's service for 42 years. Born in Montana, lived in Colorado, Guatemala and since 1993 have lived in Arizona.

Came into the truth in Colorado, as a divorced mother of three, at the age of 34. I have always loved too travel, Meet new people, and learn new things.

Married a brother in 2009 here in Phoenix and he passed away in 2024. Now moving on into a new way of life. I have chosen too keep my home and share it with brothers and sister that come my way for the assembly held at the assembly hall in casagrande. I am 8 miles south of casagrande, putting me 25 minutes from the assembly hall.

Love to spend time with ones in Jehovah's family.

My future goal at 75 is to stay active in the service to Jehovah. I take time to visit other place in and out of the State. Giving me the chance to work other areas with sister's and brother's that have become my family in Jehovah organizations alone the way.

I am Spanish and can speak it only. Enjoy gardening, try to keep healthy. I run a no sense home, no pets, I clean with natural products. The area is simple but comfortable. Come and enjoy the back yard in the evening.
