I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The host,Charles, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. The home itself is beautiful and feels so welcoming when you walk in, it smells like a spa! The bathroom has a sauna, which made the whole experience feel like a resort getaway. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful I took evening walks every day and felt completely at ease.

Our stay was wonderful. Truly 5 Stars. It was our home away from home for a full week. Honestly, we had some creature comforts that we don’t have at home. The unit was clean and comfortable with many of the latest “smart home” features. The patio furniture and beautiful backyard provide a nice place to start the day with a morning coffee or a relaxing place to rest at the end of the day.

The apartment is great, clean and tidy. Classy house. There were six of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is basic. No washing machine or dryer. The location is very quiet and can only be reached by car. For public transport to the center of Washington, you have to drive about 20 minutes to Southern Ave metro station, where you can leave your car in a parking garage. The host, Charles, is amazing, super friendly, and has a very interesting background. We felt completely at home. 💖

WOW!!! WHAT A FABULOUS HOME!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we entered the home, it felt like we walked into an oasis because of the soft music playing and beautiful surroundings that were better than the photos! The home is very spacious and stylish! OMG, and the steam shower was AMAZING!!! Charles was a fantastic host, and we were encouraged by his faith. The co-host Leah ensured that our small requests were taken care of before our arrival. We would DEFINITELY come again!

Hello we had a great experience staying at Monticello. The neighborhood and property is absolutely lovely. Our accommodations were so inviting, modern and comfortable. We had a awesome week! We were very happy. It was truly a home away from home. Charles Dee was so nice. We truly enjoyed meeting and spending time with him. The state of the art steam shower was amazing. We look forward to staying there on a future visit.
