This condo is centrally situated in downtown West Palm Beach less than 2 miles away from our convention center. It's also about a 5 minute walk to the intercostal water and 30 minutes walk to Palm Beach. I love most that a car is not needed to get around. The Brightline train station is one block away and connects you to Orlando, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Besides the location, this condo has been fully renovated with no expenses spared.

Located in the heart of downtown, you will see iconic places to moment you walk out of the building. Some places to not miss is the clock tower in Palm Beach Island and CIty Place. If feeling adventurous, you can hop on the Brightline train or the trirail train and visit Atlantic avenue in Delray Beach, Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach or Brickell in Miami.

Getting Around

The two trains nearby are great ways to get around or you can hop on the bus for $2 to get around the city.
