About this accommodation

Available for rent for 4 months or shorter stays, this house located in the quiet Fabregas neighborhood offers an ideal setting between the sea and nature. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away and the forest less than 5 minutes away. It includes 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden of approximately 200 m². Air conditioning is available in the main rooms and two bedrooms. A bus stop is less than 300 m away, providing access to the town center or Les Sablettes. From Les Sablettes, a water taxi connects to Toulon. Nearby Saint-Mandrier, Le Gaou, Île des Embiez and Porquerolles. Three independent cats are present: all you need to do is provide them with food and water.

The Space

Our house is welcoming and warm, with a large living room ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. Its charming little garden also allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, it offers an environment conducive to peaceful nights and rest. During the day, you can fully enjoy the surrounding nature, with the beach and forest just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for walks and relaxation. Off-season, the neighborhood is particularly pleasant and peaceful for enjoying nature without the summer crowds. And thanks to the beautiful Indian summers that the region sometimes experiences, it is quite possible to still enjoy the sea and beautiful sunny days, even in autumn.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of any private spaces which will be specified upon their arrival. They will have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an en-suite shower room in one of the bedrooms, and a separate toilet. The large living room and fully equipped kitchen are at their disposal to enjoy all the comforts of the house. They can also enjoy the garden and benefit from a private parking space. inside the property.

Interaction with Guests

During their stay, travelers can of course contact us if needed for any questions or requests for assistance. If we are unavailable, a trusted local representative can also accompany them and answer any questions they may have, ensuring their stay goes as smoothly as possible.

Other Things to Note

We are leaving for a mission at the LDC for almost four months and would like to take advantage of this time to entrust our home to people who will fully appreciate our calm and privileged environment.

In return, we would simply ask them to look after our three cats during their stay. They are very independent and spend most of their time outdoors. They require very little maintenance: a little fresh water and dry food each day, and no litter box.

No cleaning or special care required.

This is therefore an opportunity to enjoy the company of animals without the usual constraints, while allowing us to leave for our mission with peace of mind, knowing that our cats are surrounded by kind and caring people.

Less than a 5-minute walk away, the forest also offers numerous opportunities for walks and hikes in the heart of nature.

Although located in La Seyne-sur-Mer, the district has the feel of a small village, with a peaceful and unspoiled atmosphere.

In the surrounding area, numerous places are easily accessible on foot or by car: hiking trails, coves, small marinas, and typical villages of the Var coastline. An ideal setting for those who wish to enjoy the sea, nature, and tranquility while remaining close to amenities.

Getting Around

The house has a private parking space inside the garden, allowing you to park your vehicle securely. A bus stop is less than 300 meters away, with convenient connections to the town center and Les Sablettes. From Les Sablettes, you can take the water taxi to Toulon or a boat trip to explore Porquerolles. The house is also less than 15 minutes from the Salle du Royaume and less than 10 minutes by car from the main supermarkets and shops, making everyday shopping easy.

About the Host, Stéphane

We are a small, happy, and down-to-earth family, deeply committed to our service to Jehovah. We especially love nature, peace and quiet, and animals. We currently serve in a congregation in La Seyne-sur-Mer, and we also have the joy of regularly traveling for extended periods to participate in LDC projects, particularly the construction of Kingdom Halls and assembly halls. Our three children are now living in different places: one lives in Australia, one serves at Bethel, and our daughter also participates in LDC activities. These different forms of service have allowed us to discover many places, but above all, to meet brothers and sisters from different cultures and backgrounds. This is precisely what we particularly appreciate about these trips: meeting new people, sharing wonderful moments with them, and expanding our spiritual family.
