About this accommodation

It is a guarded location (security). It is 10 to 15 minutes downtown walking distance. There is a pool. There are four condominiums in each unit. There is only one common wall each.
When we used to stay there, we had a parking lot for our car free of charge. Normally, parking lots are available, and no charges are to be paid. However, this is not guaranteed at all. However, there is parking space available outside on the street.

Good for exercise like walking. Hotel and beach area 15 minutes walking.

The Space

Save and clean place (security staff). 10 to 15 Minutes walking distance to the downtown area. Good view.

Washing machine and dryer available. Bathroom newly remodeled.

Guest Access

There is a pool available for everybody staying or living at Laguna Vista.
The pool is kept clean and has a sun roof.
Further you have access to a relaxing area which is close to the condominium.

Interaction with Guests

Upon your arrival, Daniela will hand over the key to the condo; she lives nearby in Condominium 73 and will introduce you to Condominium No. 80, which you will rent. Daniela speaks English and Spanish. She will be pleased to help and give good recommendations to you.
You have the choice to be i a spanish or english congregation.

Other Things to Note

The condominium has a new energy-saving air conditioner in the main room.

Air-condition in the bedroom is designed to heat as well.

There is a new fridge.

Two new fans were installed.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Neighborhood: Mainly Canadian and US Citizens. Friendly people.

A tiny shopping zone nearby

Getting Around

If a parking lot is available, it will be free of charge (I always have a parking lot for my rented car). If not, there is space to park outside.
A car will be very helpful because then you are independent. If you need to rent a car, we may help you.

Neighborhood: Most condominiums are used by Canadians or Americans living here. Some spend just some months of the year in Laguna-Vista. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets.

Otherwise, a taxi or Uber may be an option.

About the Host, Rolf

My wife an me, we are witnesses for nearly 60 years. We are happe to be part of a very nice congregation.
Our favorite travel destination is Mexico.
Since 2003 we often spent time in San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur. When we are there we visit the mexican congregation (spanish language) and we often spent time in service.
We like mexican food (fish, tacos and more and mexican music).
We have condominium where we stay in San Jose del Cabo. When we ourselves are not there, the condo is available for JW. It is designed for two people
