It is a fun family home in the middle of the "black dirt region." We recently purchased a 100+ year old farmhouse. The house is surrounded by beautiful farm country. The yard is simple with a few mature trees, and the inside of the house is redesigned and offers a cozy and clean one-bedroom with a dedicated bathroom located on the second floor.

Pine Island is a rural community conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Warwick. Downtown Warwick offers many quaint restaurants and shops, as well as many of the village’s municipal parking lots!
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is only disturbed by the sounds of cars whizzing by. This is a farm country; you will see rolling hills and farms along the way. Our neighbors are kind and quiet.

I had an amazing experience staying at this lovely accommodation in New York especially it being my first time there! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay truly memorable. Everything was wonderful! Yolanda maintained excellent communication from booking to checkout. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very inviting. Yolanda and her husband welcomed us warmly with a basket of snacks and a mini fridge stocked with drinks. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, especially for those who prefer medium to firm support. This was a beautiful home away from home. Yolanda was very welcoming and a gracious host. Little touches like snacks in the room, gift toiletries, and extra bedding to wrap up in made the stay even more welcoming and comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated with hints of southern culture and musical flavor. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
