About this accommodation

Welcome to my “Hidden Delight.” Please be aware that this is a shared space. The host and guests will share common areas like the main entrance and hallway, which provide access to both the guest and other parts of the home that the host or the guest uses. However, the unit has its own private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom. I will be present in the unit during your stay to assist when needed while fully respecting your privacy.

The Space

This beautiful guest suite features a cozy eat-in bar area, kitchen, and comfortable dining space. The living room includes a leather chaise lounge sofa, a TV, board games, a dedicated workspace, and an electric fireplace to keep things warm and inviting. The master bedroom offers the added comfort of an adjustable bed for a personalized sleep experience. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs. The luxurious bathroom includes a smart toilet with a heated seat and towel warmer for extra comfort.

Guest Access

Both the host and the guest will share the main entrance. Once inside, guests will have their own private entrance to the guest suite, which will be on the first floor, ensuring privacy.

Access will be obtained with a code sent prior to arrival for self-check-in. For security purposes, we require guest IDs and list names before check-in.

Interaction with Guests

If a guest needs help, I'm only a few steps away; I will be available throughout your stay for any questions or requests.

Other Things to Note

This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. It is located 17 minutes from JFK Airport, and there is a nearby train and bus to Manhattan.

Thank you so much to Ken and Martine for such a warm welcome (snacks included) I truly feel like I have a bigger family with them. 100% recommended, every corner of the place inside was fabulous, it was nice to find a Bible in each room to read before sleeping. We arrived there after our special convention in Florida, and we will definitely stay with them in our next trip to NY again. Thanks to JAH for allowing us to meet them. THANK YOU FAMILY¡¡¡¡¡
