Come enjoy an awesome getaway at my detached poolside bungalow. Located 7 miles from Pensacola Beach, 14 miles from Navarre Beach, 5 miles from Andrews Institute, and 12 miles from downtown Pensacola. Room for your boat. Just a few steps outside to lounge in the pool. Conveniently located to public boat ramps, golf course, shopping, and restaurants. The bungalow sits behind my house, with its own private entrance, overlooking the pool in the privately fenced backyard.
The Space
Comfortable detached studio on a large lot with a pool in the private backyard of my home. There is a queen bed, a full kitchen, a bathroom, a TV with Roku, and YouTube TV live streaming. The pool is just steps outside the door. Small pond on the property; view of the canal across the street. Covered parking and plenty of room to park your boat, etc. Grill and smoker available for your use, along with outdoor dining areas. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and styrofoam coolers available for use in the laundry room. Outdoor spaces and the pool are shared spaces.
