A cozy, sun-drenched, newly constructed condominium, located in Punta Cana. This beautiful and spacious apartment is the perfect place to come and enjoy that long-awaited vacation. Or perhaps enjoy time with new friends in service or assist the English group within the Spanish congregation. Serena Village is a closed community in the perfect location. The JW Kingdom Hall is within walking distance, or a 5-minute drive, while the airport is about a 10-minute drive away.

There are plenty of excursions that you and your family can experience while in the area.

Beaches and other activities are about 10 to 20 minutes away.

Supermarkets and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

The Space

This unit features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed within the living room suitable for an adult or 2 young children. A smart TV is located in the living room, allowing you to relax and enjoy some of your favorite shows and programs.

You will be able to enjoy a modern bathroom and kitchen with a standalone island, perfect for preparing some of your favorite meals, along with a washing/drying machine located next to the fridge.

The unit is an open-concept living/dining area with a balcony and wall-mounted air conditioning.

Other conveniences include access to an elevator that is active 24/7 and multiple swimming pools within the complex.

Guest Access

The apartment is located within the Serena Village Resort project, just within 10 minutes of the Punta Cana Airport.

Guests will have access to the guest bedroom, kitchen, balcony, laundry, living area, and other amenities, including the pool and pool terrace. We ask that guests not use the master bedroom, as the decor is not fully completed.

You are allowed to use the internet and television.

Electricity is included in an average consumption of 15 kWh per day during your stay. We kindly ask that guests practice responsible energy use to help our unit be more environmentally friendly and avoid surcharges for overuse. In order to do so, we kindly ask our guests to turn off appliances and ACs when not home or not in use. Please note that using the AC may incur an additional cost, depending on electricity usage. Thank you for your cooperation.

Getting Around

There are Uber, taxis, and 1 parking spot on site.

There is also a bus that transports guests to the beach on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, leaving at 10 am and returning at 3 pm, free of charge.
