The Space
You’ll be staying in our home at The Rosemont Residences, a modern residential building right in downtown Toronto.
One of the best things about the location is that you can step outside and be right in the middle of everything, while still having a comfortable place to come back to after a long day.
The Rosemont offers a number of great resident amenities, including a 24-hour fitness centre, rooftop lounge and patio with BBQs, movie theatre, billiards and games lounge, and business centre.
Our home is a lived-in space rather than a hotel, so expect a warm, relaxed environment where you can actually feel at home. 😊
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the areas of our home that we make available during their stay, as well as the building’s common areas and amenities available to residents and guests.
The building has 24-hour concierge/security and access to amenities such as the fitness center, rooftop lounge and BBQ area, movie theatre, and games/billiards lounge.
We’ll make sure you know everything you need to know when you arrive!
Interaction with Guests
We’ll be traveling during the dates the apartment is available, so we may not be able to meet you in person during your stay. ❤️
That said, we’ll make sure you have everything you need for a smooth and comfortable stay, and we’ll be available remotely if you have any questions or need help with anything while you’re there.
We also love meeting fellow brothers and sisters, so we’d be very happy to connect before or during your stay, even if it’s just through a message, a quick call, or sharing recommendations for the city! 😊
Think of us as your Toronto hosts from afar; we’ll make sure you’re settled in, point you towards the good coffee, and let you enjoy the apartment and the city at your own pace. ☕️🏙️❤️
Other Things to Note
Our home is right in the heart of downtown Toronto, which means the location is incredibly convenient, but it also means the neighborhood can be lively, especially on weekends and evenings.
We’re within walking distance of the CN Tower, Rogers Center, Princess of Wales Theatre, Roy Thomson Hall, TIFF Bell Lightbox, and many restaurants, cafés, and shops.
For brothers and sisters attending conventions, visiting congregations, doing Metro shifts or simply exploring the city, it’s a very convenient home base.
We’re a married couple, so our home is best suited to guests who are comfortable staying in a couple’s home rather than expecting a hotel-style experience. ❤️
Additionally, we don't have a car and hence don't use the parking. In case you do have a car, the building provides car parks at an additional cost.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
You’re staying in one of the most convenient and coolest parts of downtown Toronto!
CN Tower & Rogers Center – both are just a short walk away.
TIFF Bell Lightbox – practically around the corner and perfect for movie lovers.
Princess of Wales Theatre & Toronto’s Theatre District – ideal if you enjoy musicals, plays and live performances.
Ripley’s Aquarium & Harbourfront – an easy walk from home.
King West – packed with restaurants, cafés and places to explore.
Toronto Eaton Center – great for shopping and about a 15-minute walk away.
And honestly, one of my favorite things about this area is that you can just walk outside, grab a coffee, and wander. ☕️❤️
Getting Around
You really don’t need a car to enjoy Toronto from here!
The 504 King streetcar runs right by the building, and St. Andrew Station on Line 1 is around a 4–6 minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city by TTC.
A lot of Toronto’s major attractions are also walkable from the building, including the CN Tower, Rogers Center, theatres, TIFF Bell Lightbox, restaurants, and Harbourfront.
Uber and taxis are also easy to get from downtown, and the Gardiner Expressway is nearby for anyone driving.
