About this accommodation

Beautiful coastal one-bedroom, 1.5-bath with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Gulf. This luxury condo has floor-to-ceiling windows and is on the 10th floor, with a large, furnished private balcony. The balcony can be accessed via the living area and the bedroom. King-size bed in the private bedroom, along with a twin-size bunk bed in the main living area. There is no sofa sleeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size washer/dryer. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a modest supply of linens and towels.

Condo is located at an upscale gated resort with free direct access to the beach via 3 no-stairs boardwalks. The resort has 4 beautiful outdoor pools with hot tubs, including shower poles and restrooms at each location.

The resort features a clubhouse with private amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, steam room, and dry sauna with private showers. Access to the Clubhouse and these amenities is an additional $51 per day. You can set that up at the resort clubhouse main front desk. Beach umbrella and chair rentals are also available for additional fees through the resort Clubhouse.

Interaction with Guests

We will be available during your stay for questions and concerns about the condo via text. Additional support information will be provided after booking. The resort has 24 hour onsite security.
