About this accommodation

Enjoy our cozy home away from home.

The Space

Tiled floors throughout the basement apartment.

There is a large sectional sofa, loveseat, bar stool table in the living room, and a gas fireplace. There is also a professional air hockey table and many games - piano for the musicians - and a full-size sofa bed in the adjoining rec room.

Down the hallway is the private master bedroom with queen bed and comfy chair with footstool. The master bath has travertine tile in the shower for two, toilet, sink, and a washer and dryer. Kitchenette coming soon.

Enjoy the relaxing downstairs patio with table and chairs for watching the stars or grilling. The backyard is completely fenced in. There is a resident dog that is kept in the upstairs of the house and not let out except on leash when guests are present.

Guest Access

You'll be able to use all of the downstairs patio, but the upstairs patio is private and is off limits. There are three rooms locked and off-limits downstairs, and they are not shown in the pictures.

Interaction with Guests

I'm happy to answer any questions you have via message.
We love to greet our guests when they arrive if we are able, but we respect that this is your vacation and keep interaction to a minimum.
We have a keypad for easy entry.

It is a beautiful country setting just outside Somerset but within 10-15 minutes of everything needed in town.
Enjoy the monthly Somernites Cruise full of amazing cars!
Only 5 minutes to the lake and park.
Lots of hiking near and far.
Beautiful falls within an hour!

Only an hour from the Bourbon Trail
Mammoth Cave and Kentucky Down Under are only about an hour and a half away.

Getting Around
