The left side of the home (looking at the face of the house) has been fenced in on the side of the garage and extends to the front of the house with a separate gravel driveway where our personal vehicles are parked. Our RV is stored and kept behind the enclosed fence. It is enclosed and very private and not intrusive on guests' privacy. At times, our vehicles are parked and stored in this separate gravel driveway.
It is on the opposite side of the home from where the deck and outside living area are. It is completely separate from the house and does not affect guest parking(4-car driveway) or privacy.

** We have a pretty nice-sized backyard that is completely fenced in and extremely private with a nice-sized grill. The HOT TUB is in the corner of the property and cannot be seen by the neighbor's windows. Our DECK is private as well. The LIVING ROOM is spacious with lots of seating, including two sets of French doors that open to the deck, a TV, a piano, a guitar, and games.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a TV, a fan with a control, a mini fridge, and a coffee bar with French doors that lead to the hot tub. The BLACK and WHITE ROOM has a TV, a normal fan with no controller, and a coffee station as well. The front YELLOW ROOM has a fan with a controller. The BLUE and GRAY ROOM with two single kid beds (bed rolls out from underneath the main bed) has a fan with no controller, a desk for children to do schoolwork, or guests needing a quiet work space.
The KITCHEN is pretty stocked with essentials as well as cooking essentials. We have an ice cream maker, a bread maker, even a snowcone maker...As well as all of the other basics-blender, toaster, coffee grinder, ECT.(shown in pics)

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage, which is reserved for owner's storage, tools, lawn maintenance equipment, etc. & the left side or east side of the home outside where our RV is privately stored and enclosed by a fence.

We do provide towels for the beach, but we ask if they are used please wash and return them. Thank you so much!

Our neighborhood is a very quiet and safe place. Our house is at the end of the road, which is a dead-end road with private beach access. We do not have cars coming in from A1A onto our street. This makes it a lot safer for children.

Our street is very small and quiet and not a lot of parking on the road. We ask that our guests keep their vehicles parked in the four-car driveway.
We are 10 minutes from historic downtown St Augustine and from most touring attractions.
