The Space
What makes this flat unique is its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Large trees surrounding the property create a lovely green outlook from the terrace, living area, and kitchen windows, bringing natural light, fresh air, and a sense of calm throughout the space.
Guests can relax on the terrace in the gentle breeze, whether resting in a hammock, sitting outdoors, or simply unwinding indoors while taking in the greenery. The flat offers a warm, comfortable environment that feels like a quiet escape from the busy city. The rented space offers guests a comfortable, private area with access to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. The living room area includes three comfortable beds (one double and two singles) and a convertible dining table with four chairs, making it suitable for a range of accommodation needs.
The terrace can be arranged to suit guests’ preferences, with either a relaxing hammock or an outdoor dining setup with a table and six chairs. The kitchen includes essential amenities for everyday cooking and dining. The bathroom is located outside the rented area and is shared.

Getting Around
Comfortable and well connected ! The location offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to get around London. Bus stops are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with convenient routes to key areas such as London Bridge, Waterloo, and Oxford Circus.
Central London is easily reachable by public transport. For example, the British Museum is around 44 minutes away, and Buckingham Palace is around 40 minutes away, with bus fares starting from approximately £1.60. London Bridge, Waterloo in 22 min. Piccadilly and Oxford Circus in 34 - 40min. Quicker on the Underground! This location provides convenient links across London.

Please note that Underground and train services usually stop between midnight and 1:00 am, while buses remain a convenient option. Bethel is located outside London, so it is farther away, but it can still be reached with straightforward public transport connections from the apartment.

Patrick was such an amazing host. For one we woke him up at 1:00 in the morning. Our flight got canceled and he responded and got the Airbnb ready. We were only there for 4 hours but the location was great if it was the beginning of our trip and Patrick was so kind if we were staying there longer it would be great to get to know him. All in all great experience with Patrick and the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend staying here. And next time we will reach out to him first. Thank you Patrick!

I was baptised in September 1998 and was raised in a Jehovah’s Witness family. In 2011, I started serving as a regular pioneer, a privilege I enjoyed until early 2024, when I had to stop due to my health. My goal is to return to regular pioneering as soon as my circumstances allow.
In the meantime, I continue doing my best to support the congregation, follow the faithful slave, and keep putting spiritual things first.
