Hola, mi nombre es Luz. Vengo de una familia grande: somos 7 hermanos en total. Me encanta conocer personas de diferentes culturas, y el turismo culinario es mi pasión. Generalmente, lo que más recuerdo de mis viajes son las comidas que probé, y en segundo lugar, los monumentos que visité.
Soy peruana, nacida en la ciudad de Lima, pero mi infancia la viví en mi querido Chorrillos, la ciudad de los pescadores. Mi congregación madre aún está situada allí.
Hemos viajado como needgreaters a zonas remotas como Longyearbyen, en Svalbard, y también hemos servido en Bulgaria. Además, hemos tenido la oportunidad de viajar por placer a Madrid, Argentina, Madagascar y otros hermosos lugares de la creación.
Nos mudamos a Lima hace un par de años y hemos aprendido a amar Barranco, una hermosa ciudad donde cursé mis años de secundaria, lo que me hace sentir muy familiarizada con el lugar.
Barranco es una ciudad cultural, con museos y muchas actividades artísticas. También es un excelente lugar para hacer un tour culinario, practicar surf, tomar sol en la playa o salir de compras. Es una ciudad llena de opciones recreativas para todo tipo de personas; siempre hay algo que hacer en Barranco.

Hello everyone, my name is Luz. I come from a big family—we are 7 siblings in total. I love meeting people from different cultures, and culinary tourism is my passion. Most of the time, I remember my trips by the food I tried, and secondly, by the monuments I visited.
I am Peruvian, born in the city of Lima, but I spent my childhood in my beloved Chorrillos, the city of fishermen. My home congregation is still located there.
We have traveled as need greaters to remote places such as Longyearbyen in Svalbard, and we also served in Bulgaria. In addition, we’ve had the chance to travel for leisure to Madrid, Argentina, Madagascar, and other beautiful places in creation.
A couple of years ago, we moved to Lima and fell in love with Barranco, a beautiful district where I spent my high school years, which makes me feel deeply connected to the area.
Barranco is a cultural hub, with museums and many artistic activities. It’s also a wonderful place for culinary tours, surfing, sunbathing, or shopping. The city offers plenty of recreational activities for all kinds of people—there’s always something to do in Barranco.
