🏡 Spacious & Cozy Holiday House in Banja Luka! 🌿✨

Perfect for small private getaways or large gatherings with friends (up to 40 people), our 3-floor holiday house offers privacy, comfort & flexibility. 🌟 Choose to book just the Rustic Apartment or both apartments together for larger groups!

The Space

The triple room faces the south side, on our third floor, is airy and spacious, 25 square meters in size, and is comfortable for staying and sleeping. The furniture is made by hand from natural materials - old wooden beams. It has central heating for winter and air conditioning for cooling in summer. In the room, there is a multifunctional wardrobe-changing cabin, and the front side of the wardrobe also serves as a board for writing messages.

The three beds in the room can be transformed into a double bed and one extra bed as needed. This means that three people can sleep in the room separately, each on their bed. The two beds can be quickly and easily connected so that a married couple can use them, and there is one extra bed for a small child.

This double room faces the west side. It has two beds that can be used together as a double bed or separated for singles. The room has a spacious wardrobe. It has central heating.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric. Stove, large refrigerator, water filter, cutlery, and crockery for eating and drinking. Large dining table with six chairs.

In the living room, there is a corner set that can also be used as a bed.

The interesting thing about this area is that it has the so-called ecological rocket stove (rocket stove), and the atmosphere is superb.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric. Stove, large refrigerator, water filter, cutlery, and crockery for eating and drinking. Large dining table with six chairs.

Other Things to Note

Children up to 10 years old are free of charge.

At the 2° Floor, we have a nice Lounge, perfect for socializing up to 40 people, with a fireplace and ping pong. This place is rentable as extra.
