Bedroom, sitting room are private. Shared kitchen. Private bathroom with shower located in bedroom.

Other Things to Note

The property is located on a cul-de-sac. There is a spacious driveway where guests are free to park. There is one step up into the property, which leads to the hallway, sitting area, where the couch, TV, and coat rack are located. There is a door in the sitting area that leads to where the boiler and the electrical panel are located. Only in the event of a power outage or emergency will the owner and/or tenant enter the boiler room. To access the panel or water shut off. The property also has an alarm system + external security cameras. A code would be provided to the alarm system at the time of check-in.

There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen, and we request that laundry be limited to no more than two loads per week to conserve electricity. The space also has central air and central heat. The guest has access to the controls to control the temperature for their zone of the house.

To be fully transparent, the outside glass screen door has trouble closing. We are in search of repairs/replacement. Therefore, guests will have to pull the door closed.

From time to time, deer may show up in the front yard or backyard or cross the property. Other wildlife may also pass through - be prepared.

The backyard is tranquil, and occasionally, deer enter through the rear of the property and pass through.

Landscape is in progress. The bedroom has a private exit out to the backyard. You are welcome to use the space, but you must agree to use it as is. Once the space is completed, it will be added to the official listing, but for the moment, it is not.

Located in the Wolfpit area of Norwalk close to the Westport boarderline . Close to all shops and restaurants. Beautiful community to take a walk. Norwalk aquarium. Calf pasture beach

Getting Around

Off-street parking is available if you have a car. If not, Uber or Lyft is available. Norwalk has two train stations.
