We had an incredible time at Coqui Cozy Place! The Ortiz family is so hospitable and accommodating, having thought of everything we could possibly need. The rental is in a secure location close to many places of interest.

Thought it was so nice we stayed there twice. After booking for a month we enjoyed it so much we re-booked this property for another month. Again our hosts, Ignacio and Angelica were nothing but wonderful. They were super gracious and amazingly welcoming. Unlike other properties we’ve stayed at this is a true one bedroom. It was a perfect size for my small family (me, wife, baby). We loved the location. It’s safe and quiet but close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It’s also not too far from San Juan and the airport. The designated parking space is 5 feet from the front door so it’s very convenient. On the condo grounds there’s a park with a recreation area that includes a community pool, tennis and basketball courts and a playground. My son couldn’t get enough of the baby swing. Again, we loved staying here and look forward to a future stay the next time we’re on the island. Ignacio & Angélica
