About this accommodation

We have set up our apartment to share with brothers who wish to visit Egypt. They can have the assistance of local "friends" to drive them to tourist destinations etc. Not only is the apartment luxurious but it also will be well looked after by locals, as trust is very important in foreign countries.

The Space

Egypt is a growing nation that's heavily relying on tourism. Getting around by yourself may be a challenge, so this is where local brothers and sisters can assist. They can also arrange some fellowship, but please be mindful as we have limited freedom. The majority of the locals use WhatsApp to communicate but please never mention where meetings are held etc

Guest Access

Complete apartment is accessible except one locked storage compartment which is private.

Interaction with Guests

We have a few willing local "friends" who can be hired to help guests get around or transportation etc

Other Things to Note

If you require airport pick up and drop off, we can try to help with this for a very small fee to the local "friends".

Neighborhood Must-Sees

The Korba is where you can find some cool old French buildings. Alexander Marcel designed them, and he even mixed in some ideas from Southeast Asia into some of his designs, like the “Baron’s Palace," which is a must-see.

Our neighborhood in Cairo’s Heliopolis district is one of the city's most charming and exciting spots, maybe even Egypt! In the early 1900s, Korba was the first part of Heliopolis to be built as a haven for wealthy foreigners and aristocrats. Even though Heliopolis has grown a lot since then, Korba still holds its place as the area's cultural heart.

Today, Korba is a charming shopping district with unique architecture, fascinating cultural sites, and some of the best cafes and restaurants in Cairo.
