About this accommodation

During the pandemic, we designed and had this cozy casita built. It's quaint but feels just right. We wanted it to feel warm and inviting and highlight the colors of Arizona. Think terracotta, turquoise, tans, and more. We both work part-time, so we are hoping to utilize this space to help us make ends meet while hosting brothers and sisters!

The Space

The space, while tiny, boasts a full-size bed, a full shower and bathroom, and high ceilings, which make the space feel larger. It asap has its own private patio behind, so you can enjoy the Arizona weather year-round. There is a full-size fridge for your groceries. A couch that pulls out to a queen-size bed and a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, pbs and more. Enjoy a Nest thermostat that can be adjusted to your comfort. Central air and heat. Fans in both rooms. No closet, but there are two dressers and hooks for hanging clothes.

Guest Access

There is no separate entrance for the casita exclusively yet; you will enter through the side gate to access the backyard where the casita is. You may enjoy the patio behind the casita, but please limit the time spent in the yard.

Interaction with Guests

I would be more than happy to answer questions or help if needed. We are also happy to give you privacy and keep to ourselves!

Other Things to Note

We do have two small Maltipoo dogs. We will try to keep them inside most of the time during the stay. They are not aggressive, but they can get yappy, and we will do our best to keep them quiet! We also have young children, so we ask that you take that into consideration.

A code will be provided to enter the casita.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

We are about 2 hours from Sedona. 3 hours from the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Tucson. 45 minutes from the Casa Grande Assembly Hall and only 12 min from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport! There are many Kingdom Halls in a 10-15 min radius. We have everything you could want in under 20 min...IKEA, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, Malls, downtown areas, and more!

My husband and I are happily serving Jehovah to the full with our two children. We like working on old cars together as a family and both work secularly with vintage cars. We are both from the Midwest originally but Arizona is home. We enjoy all things Arizona and would love to help brothers and sisters be able to visit this beautiful state for an affordable price. We have a cozy casita that is quaint but has everything you need.
