L'espace

Built in the 1930s by 2 Spanish families (who also opened Bar do Gomes). The Spanish architecture is very evident in the rustic, indoor/outdoor living experience. Beautiful hardwoods, clay tiles, and white walls.

Spread across 3 levels with (8) very spacious and bright rooms and (3) serene lounge areas. All with soft comfy beds, private baths, air-conditioning, frigo-bars & WiFi.

This room has two twin beds.

Each room is fitted with a private bathroom, a safety deposit box, a desk, and free Wifi, while some rooms have a terrace and some have mountain views.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Continental and American breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialties, and fresh pastries are available each morning at the bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend the day outdoors.

Guests can keep up their exercise routines during fitness classes.

The air-conditioned accommodations are a 19-minute walk from Selarón Steps. The family-friendly restaurant serves African and Cajun-Creole cuisine, as well as Caribbean and Middle Eastern dishes.

Prices for cribs aren't included in the total price. They'll have to be paid for separately during your stay. Crib upon request (R$ 50 per stay)

Within just a block we have Bar do Gomes, a taxi stand, a convenience store, a pharmacy with an ATM, restaurants, bars, and Posto de Saude.....then another couple blocks we have ALL the restaurants, shops, and bars of downtown Santa...jump on the BONDE for a free ride downtown! So bohemian, artsy, and charming! We are THE MOST CENTRALLY LOCATED lodging in Santa!
