Maison ancienne de 1890, restaurée avec du bois d'origine (casquinha) et une touche de modernité. Les plafonds culminent à 3 mètres et la maison bénéficie d'une abondante lumière naturelle. Deux des chambres, situées à l'intérieur, sont idéales pour se reposer. Entrée privée au rez-de-chaussée avec accès à l'étage par un escalier.

L'espace

The apartment is located on the first floor of an 1890 building that was restored in its original style with a touch of modernity. The high ceilings, doors, and frames are made of original casquinha wood, and there is plenty of natural light.
Private entrance on the ground floor with access via stairs.
The en-suite bedroom is interior and has a small window in the bathroom. The twin bedroom is also interior (no windows facing the street).
Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet and safe area. In Belém and close to tourist attractions.

Apartamento situado no 1.º andar de um prédio do ano de 1890, restaurado na traça antiga com um toque de modernidade. Tetos altos, portas e aduelas em madeira casquinha original. Muita luz natural.

Entrada privativa pelo r/chão com acesso por escadas.

O quarto com suite é interior, tem uma pequena janela no wc. O quarto com duas camas de solteiro também é interior (sem janelas para a rua).

Cozinha e wcs modernos. Zona muito tranquila e segura. Em Belém e perto de locais de interesse turístico.

The historic area of Lisbon is very peaceful. The only neighbors in the building are our brothers. We only have one neighbor on the ground floor, and they are our brothers. The surrounding area is very peaceful.

What a beautiful experience we had staying here! The home was just perfect for our group. Nicely furnished and impeccably clean! Not a speck of dust! We were able to feel the true lifestyle of the lovely Portuguese brothers and sisters. Paulo and Christina were delightful! Very helpful with everything we needed, including a luggage scale! 😊 It was wonderful to meet them and we look forward to our next trip! Definitely will revisit! Thank you for making this trip unforgettable! ♥️

Paulo & Cristina welcomed us with a table full of delicious treats.. They were always happy to help and even walked with us to get the best grilled chicken in the world!. The house was perfect for our group—comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with major sights, restaurants grocery stores, and the best pastéis de nata all within walking distance. Thank you for making our stay so special. We ❤️ you both.
