About this accommodation

This space is part of a brand new development and private community with lovely gardens ideal for walks in the evening. It is about 15 minutes drive to the center and 15 minutes from the airport. As part of a community, you'll find a club area offering good food and drink at excellent prices.
The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable for a getaway or more extended stays. After a long day sightseeing in the city, the terrace is perfect to relax and enjoy the weather.

Guest Access

You can make use of the whole apartment, walk around the gardens, and visit our community social club to enjoy food at very good prices. Pool and padel courts are not allowed to be used by guests.
There is plenty of parking outside the apartment, so it's convenient if you're bringing your car.

Interaction with Guests

We'll make arrangements to provide you with the key to access the apartment. If you need help with transportation, we can provide a brother's contact information so you can make arrangements with him. The fee is 25€ each trip. The car is for 4 Guests.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

The community rules prohibit making noise after midnight. So please be mindful of this when sitting out on the terrace or walking in and out of the building.

Getting Around

The bus stop is 12 minutes from the apartment. Bus 29 will take you to the center in about 25 minutes.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Other services like gas stations, laundromats, and pharmacies are only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk.
