Set on 8 acres of peaceful wooded land, this simple one-floor country home offers a quiet and relaxing place to stay just 8 miles from the Wallkill U.S. Branch facilities.

The house features a spacious kitchen and living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Surrounded by nature, the property provides a calm countryside atmosphere while still being conveniently close to Bethel.

Bethel commuters and fellow Witnesses live next door, creating a friendly and supportive environment. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor grill, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying the fresh country air.

The Space

The home offers three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus additional sleeping options in the living room. The living room includes a queen sofa bed, and guests can also use a queen air mattress and a single cot, both stored in the closet. Privacy screens are available if the living room is used as a sleeping area.

There are two bathrooms — one with a tub and shower, and the other with a shower.

The home is completely private and includes free Wi-Fi.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, detergent, dryer sheets, and a hair dryer. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and an Instant Pot, and guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill. And occasionally, you may even find a beer in the fridge.

There is plenty of parking available on the property.

Please note that the kitchen and living room are more spacious than they may appear in the photos.

Interaction with Guests

Usually, I am not around. However, if you have questions or concerns, I am available by phone, text, WhatsApp, and email. If there are maintenance or other needs of immediate concern, I use several Bethelites as caretakers and housekeepers to assist.

We loved our stay at Bender Lane. It was nice to be close to Wallkill Bethel and to Pine Bush. The home is lovely and is much bigger than the pictures show. Plus it is laid out so nicely with plenty of space. We will definitely come back!
