About this accommodation

You will have access to the whole house ( except my room), 3 pools and beautiful Cerritos beach, which is about 6 miles long.

The Space

Large covered patio with Palapa. Shared workspace with desk and chair . The kitchen is shared with me. Rooftop deck.

Happy to supply food services; we can discuss fees on arrival. I have one grumpy cat that lives here too.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

House is located in a gated community in the north part of Mazatlan. Walking and biking paths connect to most of the city. Shopping Center, Sams and Walmart 15 minutes away. Known for Sea Turtles, dolphin sightings and occasionally humpback whales. Fishing from shore. Near Marina for Deep Sea Fishing adventures.

Getting Around

It is a 2-minute walk to 3 pools and lovely Cerritos beach. Many restaurants and taco stands are located nearby. The city is easily accessible by bus (on bus route), Unique Pulmonias, Uber, Didi, and taxis. Mazatlan is a #1 Tourism location, with much to see and visit. Historic Centro, Stone Island, authentic El Quelite, Lighthouse, 21 km Malecon, to name a few. Convenience stores nearby and grocery stores 15 minutes away. Kingdom Hall is on the bus route and with possibly shared rides. Mazatlan is the Shrimp Capital of the World so seafood is a staple here. There is a carport for your car, a shared backyard garden with Palapa, and a rooftop deck with an ocean view, excellent for stargazing.
