This is a beach-style midterm rental (30-90 days). Have a relaxing & cool California lifestyle stay! The home is 2 bed, 1 ba, & located in quiet neighborhood within walking distance from shopping and dining. It's 1 block from the bay with a beautiful walk/bike path leading to Coronado & just 1 mile from the beach. Cyclist and joggers' heaven. Take a walk by the bay or on the beach and come back to enjoy a cup of coffee in a beautiful, large private patio.

The Space

Fresh, airy corner Townhome with spacious front yard and beautiful, large, fresh side yard/patio. Cycle or ride an E-bike (rentals nearby) to the pier or the beach, have a picnic, spend a day surfing or paddle/kayak on the bay (rentals available in Coronado), or check out the wonderful attractions in San Diego. This place is close to all and only 7 miles from Mexico, too. The space is relaxing and fresh with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Has a coffee center in the kitchen, which has a comfortable peninsula bar for relaxed dining and entertaining, a laptop workstation, or just enjoying your cup of coffee.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire home, side yard, front yard, and access to the laundry shed through the back gate. You may store your toys (bikes, kayaks, surfboards) in the private side yard, which also has a convenient shed.

Interaction with Guests

I live in the property but my home does not share space with others and I do not normally interact with guests as to give them their privacy. If needed, I am just a phone call away.

Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, CVS, T-Mobile, Baskin-Robbins, Chipotle, McDonald's, Supercuts, Jersey Mikes, Dollar Tree, Goodwill, and other popular shops are within 2-3 blocks from home.

This is a tranquil neighborhood. This home is 1 block from the bike path entrance, which leads to Silver Strand Beach and Coronado. A haven for Cyclists and joggers. It's perfect for avid walkers, since the beach is 1 mile away and offers plenty of dining options, socializing, sightseeing, and bird-watching at the Estuary. Take a morning stroll around town, then come back and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private patio.
