Located on almost 2 acres with hilltop views, Balm Villa is near local wineries and orchards and central to all Bethel properties.

The Space

Balm Villa Retreat is your getaway to the Hudson Valley. Brooklyn Bedding mattresses in each room will make for a luxurious night of sleep. Our King EnSuite has a lounging area with a Samsung Frame TV for your streaming needs. The basement is comfortable with a large TV for your entertainment, along with games and ping-pong. The outdoor living space fully engulfs the Hudson Valley feel with a tranquil setting for outdoor dining and fireside chats.

The home is approximately 30 minutes from Wallkill, 40 minutes from Patterson, and 40 minutes from Warwick. The home is centrally located to all of the Bethel complexes.
