L'espace

Our apartment has 1 bedroom, living room/kitchen/dining room, bathroom with hot water shower and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment has one separate bedroom with a king size (180 x 200) bed, kitchen with all amenities including a washing machine, tv, airconditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. It has a nice comfortable porch and view of the sea.

Accès clients

The entire apartment plus the terrace is available to our guests. The guests have their own parking space.

We, Marco and Tina, are always willing to help you and advise you on the best places to go so you can have a wonderful vacation. Living here gives us the advantage of knowing the best places at a reasonable price.

Incontournables du quartier

The nice thing about Sint Maarten is that there are plenty of beaches to choose from. We recommend Divi Little Bay, Orient Bay on the French side, or Mullet Bay, close to the airport. Sint Maarten is nice for snorkeling and diving. If you have the time, though, a snorkeling trip in Anguilla or a diving trip in Saba is highly recommended.

In Sint Maarten, there is plenty of choice in restaurants, and you find a variety of cuisines on the island. We can recommend plenty of good restaurants on the island.

We love the area where we live because it is nice and quiet. So it's like we ourselves are on a vacation after a long day of work.

We do recommend our guests to rent a vehicle or scooter to get around. Parking is also available for your rental car.

Smoking is not allowed on our premises.

We deliver our apartment clean, so we would like our guests also to keep it clean.

We do love to meet people from all over the world. So come to Sint Maarten. The friendly island :) You will enjoy your vacation!

Se déplacer

Where we live is behind a hill, close to the sea. So there is no public transportation to this area although we can reach town within 10 minutes. Renting a car on St . Maarten is highly recommended as public transportation on the island is limited.

A car is alo especially handy to go to the Kingdom Hall (15 minutes driving distance) and fieldservice.

We are Marco and Tina, and we live on the friendly island of Sint Maarten.

If you are reading this you are probably planning a trip to Sint Maarten. About us....well for starters, we love it here in Sint Maarten. Short story: we are not originally from Sint Maarten. One of us came for work reasons, and the other followed. We love it as much as a person locally born in Sint Maarten, so for us, this is home. We love that it is not cold like in Europe and that we can be outside any time of the year. We love to do things around or in the house. It's so relaxing. So we paint, fix things, make things, and love gardening. We have two large breed dogs and one cat. We love our pets. They are part of our family. They live with us in the house, so they usually are not roaming outside unless we are outside but the cat might visit you if you are staying by us.

We have hosted our apartment on other websites but are sure that we would enjoy meeting new brothers and sisters worldwide and sharing upbuilding experiences with each other.
