Our neighborhood has a unique history — once home to Roman legions, it's now surrounded by ancient amphitheaters and fascinating museums. We’re just a 15-minute walk from the Danube, in a peaceful and green area bordering a protected nature reserve.

Conveniently located, we’re only 2 minutes from the railway station and 5 minutes from the suburban train line. You can reach the city center in just 15–20 minutes.

The Space

This is our house. It has 2 floors. We live in the upstairs apartment, you will have the downstairs apartment. The main entrance door is shared, the staircase is shared, but the groundfloor apartment has a separate lockable own front door.

the groundfloor apartment is 65m2. This is a 1 bedroom apartment with a spacious living room. The bed in the bedroom is 180x200cm, the pull-out sofa bed in the livingroom is 140x200cm. The kitchen has a little dining table for 4 people.

You will have black out electric shutters. It helps to keep you cool and dark. We also have a central heating which is keep you warm.
