About this accommodation

Hello friends,

As Jehovah's Witnesses, we would be very happy to host our friends in our beautiful guest apartment called "a forest in the city". We are very close to many attractions, like Busch Gardens and the Lowry Park Zoo, while nature surrounds us. Tampa is also home to a cruise port.

We are just minutes away from several kingdom halls and about 45 minutes from our Plant City assembly hall.

Our nearest airport is Tampa airport just 25 minutes away.

The Space

We are in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with nature all around us. You are invited to feel the peace and tranquility of creation.

One guest apartment with a private entrance.

A beautiful private bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and a tree-lined view above the bed. Provides a relaxing atmosphere.

Full kitchen with basics.

Large dedicated desk

Cozy Boho living room with TV, card games, puzzles, and a sofa that converts into a futon twin bed.

A loveseat gliding chair outside to have you rest in our happy place, a Forest in the city.

Guest Access

A forest in the city is our guest house apartment at the rear of our property. Enter the driveway and park your car under your covered carport on the left. A designated Guest parking Sign is clearly marked.

Then pass the main house and garage to the rear of the property. Follow the walkway to the left. A beautiful blue door labeled 1-A is ready to greet you. Just 4 steps up the entrance awaits your retreat.

Your digital access code will be provided along with Wi-Fi access at check-in. Enjoy the swinging lounge sofa by your door for an outdoor time to take in our peaceful surroundings.

We welcome you. Your hosts, Edwin and Cindy, reside on the property. Please feel free to call us or message us. Our guestbook may answer many questions.

We use allergy-safe products in our linens.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Check out time is 11:00 AM. We will need time to sanitize and have our guest home ready for our next guest.

Exterior security cameras on the property. Self-check-in is available.

Tampa has an array of beautiful places. Let us know if you would benefit from some local suggestions.

The living room has a futon sofa that converts into a twin or single size bed.

The Entryway has four steps up to the main entrance. A few steps are present.

Kingdom Halls are less than 15 minutes away, and our Assembly Hall is approximately 45 minutes from the property.

Downtown Tampa is only 30 minutes away.

My name is Cindy and my husband is Edwin. We have a 12-year-old daughter, Sophia. We live here in Tampa and reside on property.

We serve in the Northdale, Tampa, Florida, Congregation. Last year we had the privilege to host friends from all over the world during our Tampa, Special Convention.

It was delightful to meet our friends, host them and join them in service.

My husband, Edwin serves as an elder, and I serve as a regular pioneer.
