The Space
It's a fully furnished, spacious, air-conditioned apartment with an in-suite washer and dryer and fast WIFI in the safe, friendly neighborhood of Trincity. For the business traveler, there is a comfortable desk and office chair. The property is secured by a video surveillance and alarm system in each apartment and an electronic gate to secure the enclosed property. In addition to the comfortable Queen size bed, there is a futon in the living room and an inflatable queen mattress that can easily fit in the large bedroom when groups larger than two books the apartment. All you need is there, with an in-suite washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, kettle, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, hot water in the shower, refrigerator, stove. For entertainment, there is Netflix and YouTube on a large flat-screen TV. No smoking on the property adds to the clean, refreshing feeling you get while staying with us. We are located 10 minutes from Piarco International Airport. We are walking distance to Trincity Mall with many restaurants, supermarkets, Cineplex, shops, and Millennium Lakes golf course. Public transport is within walking distance from the Priority Bus route and Eastern Main road. It easily connects you with Port of Spain and parts beyond, making the apartment an ideal base to explore the rest of Trinidad. Our best beaches are within driving distance, as well as the Asa Wright nature center. The owners are on-site to meet your vacation or business needs. Free toiletries are provided for your convenience. Complimentary pick up and drop off at Piarco international airport is provided on a request basis and drop off to the nearby grocery and to get public transportation based on availability. Guest Access
Access is allowed on the lower ground by all guests and invited visitors. The second floor is private but can be contacted by ringing the doorbell on the front gate or WhatsApp the owner.

The location is excellent. Close to the mall airport and food outlets. The place is super clean and really nice. No complaints. The host is accommodating and pleasant. This is a must-stay top of my list of places to stay. Transport is easy to get as well as rideshares. I enjoyed my stay. Felt like home, and the host felt like family.
