A quiet gated community with two outdoor pools. Common space has charcoal grills and picnic tables. Intercoastal River has 5 shared docks with picnic tables. Only blocks from the beach and shopping. Lots and lots of restaurants nearby. Free parking in front of unit. Stocked with plenty of cooking and dinnerware.
The Space
There are 29 buildings and a total of 188 condos. Some are full-time residences. Lots of free parking in front of each building. Most of the time, right in front of the door.
Guest Access
Our condo is a ground-floor end unit. One small step on the sidewalk to the front door.
Interaction with Guests
We are available by phone anytime to help with any questions or issues. We also communicate by email with instructions, and we mail keys and a gate card to access the community two weeks before you depart for your stay. The gate card also allows access to the pools.
Other Things to Note
We provide pillows and top bedding. You will need your own bedding, sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc. The condo is cleaned by a local before you arrive. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and all you need to make your own meals. There is a washer and dryer.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
For entertainment, there is the Alabama Theater and the Carolina Opry. Barefoot Landing is just 2 miles away, with many shops and restaurants. Then there is the beach.

Retired and enjoying life serving Jehovah with my wife of 53 years. We where baptized together 1982. We enjoy spending time at our condo in North Myrtle Beach SC during winter.
