Key Colony Beach is located in the heart of the Florida Keys. It's a lovely community with several restaurants, gift shops, marina with charters, pickleball, basketball, tennis, playground, 9 hole golf. Your stay includes a membership at the Cabana Club which has a beautful pool, small beach, gift shop, and poolside restaurant which is a delightful walk from the house.
We completed an update to our home at the end of 2025 which enlarged it to a 3BR 3BA with 2 Primary King Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; and one Queen size bedroom with a 3rd bath right next to it. The living and kitchen areas are spacious, comfortable, and cheery.
The Space
Our home was recently renovated and has 2 Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms each with a king bed, smart TV, full bathroom, whisper quiet AC mini split, full size dresser, nightstands and ceiling fan. Dining table with built-in leaf with seating for 7. 75” Smart TV, ceiling fan, whisper quiet AC mini split.

The 37' dock is on a wide and deep canal with a Fish Cleaning Station and there is trailer parking available on the premises.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home with except for a small storage closet located outside the home and 3 dock boxes.
Interaction with Guests
We have a wonderful property manager that is available during your stay should you have any issues and both she and I are available via text, phone, and email for any suggestions or help you may need.
Other Things to Note
As much as we love pets, we do not allow them to avoid any health issues for other guests.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
The Cabana Club which includes a very refreshing pool, small beach, poolside restaurant, gift shop. There are Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball, Playground, 9 hole golf. Marina for charters, restaurants, shops. Marathon offers a variety of businesses such as restaurants, gift shops, marinas, charters, Movie Theater, Playhouse, Putt Putt, Surf Style with surf simulator.

My husband and I reside in Palm Harbor, FL and have been married for 46 years. We both have been baptized since 1973 and he serves as an Elder in our hall. We have 4 children and several grandchildren.
We enjoy water sports of all kinds - deep sea fishing, snorkeling, boating and we also like golf. We were introduced to the Florida Keys many years ago and fell in love with it so we have decided to share our love of the Keys with others by renting out our home. There is a Kingdom Hall very close to the home.
We frequently travel and have had the priviledge of visting several countries and have met many brothers and sisters in our travels. What a joy to be part of such a loving and wonderful international brotherhood.
