About this accommodation

We live out in the country very secluded. You can't see another house from ours. We built this space for us to live in while we built our home. Now we use it for guest. It's small but just what you need. It has only one bed room up stairs. It has a private bath with a shower. Kitchen. Two tvs. It is attached to our garage.

The Space

Our space is an apartment we built attached to our garage. We lived in it while we were building our home. We use it for a guest house. It has a set of step stairs so we wouldn’t recommend it for children or anyone who has a hard time going up and down stairs. We live back a long lane down over a hill. We live on a farm with lots of farm animals. You cannot see another house from our home. We are very secluded. Our property sits on around 27 acres.

Guest Access

You will have your own parking place next to The Bunkhouse. It is attached to our garage you have access to the entire Bunkhouse only not the garage. It is closed off from the garage.
When you drive up the driveway you will see our house straight ahead. The bunkhouse will be to the right. It’s attached to the garage. Your parking will be just to the right next to the big tree. Right by the red door. That’s the entrance to the bunkhouse.

We are the Pennington family. We live on what we call the Pennington family ranch. My husband and I were raised Witnesses and are raising our teen son and daughter the same. Before we built our home, we built a barn with a small apartment to live in while we built our home. Now we are using it as a rental.

We built a barn with an apartment, where we lived while we built our home. We have several friends and family who stay occasionally. We decided to open it up to others. We have many farm animals on our ranch. Very secluded down a long lane. Not another house in sight. We love your peaceful place and hope you do as well.
